Account details (name, email), the content you create in Task Board (boards, tasks, time entries, comments), and basic usage data to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to bill team accounts, and to communicate with you about your account. We don't sell your data.
AI integrations
When you connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT) over MCP, requests use your own credentials with that provider. Task Board passes only the data needed to fulfil the actions you ask for.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@task-board.app for data requests.
Storage
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the UK/EU region. We use encryption in transit and at rest.
